Power(s): Psychokinesis (The ability to move objects with his mind, either extremely small, or quite large. If properly trained, could potentially move objects from a far distance away, even large buildings)
Reasons for Approval: The character’s backstory states that he has just awoken these powers within himself.
What use is this approval to the character’s story? His backstory is based around this power activating, causing him to kill his parents on accident with it and leading up to him going on the run. His whole story arc is based around not knowing how to use his powers, and having them only seem to activate at times of extreme duress.
What will you do to not abuse this approval? He is untrained and does not fully understand how to use his powers. He can only access them when experiencing extreme emotions, such as Love, Hatred, Euphoria, Terror, Sorrow, etc...

Mutant Level: Gamma
Reasons for Approval: While he has strong powers, he has no idea how to control them, thus making him a danger to himself and anybody around him. (Such as how Rogue was before she learned how to control her powers)
What use is this approval to the character’s story? His story is based on him having great power that he does not understand and does not know how to appropriately contro, making him a gamma level mutant.
What will you do to not abuse this approval? I will portray the character as a mutant that has no voluntary control over the powers. He can not summon them consciously, they only present themselves when he is experiencing extreme emotions.
