Character Description: Red hair, hazel eyes, pretty with obvious German-Jewish and Romani heritage. She has a strong nose, high and broad cheekbones, olive toned skin, and resting bitch face.

Character Hometown: She was born in Eastern Europe, but eventually moved to Paris.
Character Age: 20
Character Job or lifestyle: She is a student at Ecole Polytechnique studying her second year of the Ingenieur Polytechnicien Program she takes a combination of physics, engineering, and chemistry courses and plans to go into chemistry or engineering as her major next year. She lives on campus in one of the studio dorms.
To pay for college, Lyalya has a street performance. Near Notre Dam she has a set up as a “Gypsy Fortune Teller.” Her shop looks like a Vardo.

Character Personality: When playing the persona for her job, she acts like the very stereotypical gypsy. She’s pretty certain her ancestors would hate her for it.
At school she’s normally busy, focuses on school work. She’s always looking for the next step forward, the next experiment.
Character Biography: Lyalya had only heard small snippets of her family. Her mother had nearly died in a fire and it was a miracle she had survived. Her mother had been abandoned by her parents when they thought she was dead, but the young girl was adopted. Eventually she married into a Romanian family and Lyalya was born. Shortly after Lyalya’s birth, her mother got sick and died. Lyalya’s mother, Anya, had never had great health after the fire. Lyalya’s father died in an uprising shortly after Lyalya joined school. Her grandparents took Lyalya and fled. Living as refugees in Paris, Lyalya and her grandparents scraped together a living doing low level work. Her grandparents died before Lyalya joined a university, and she’s been on her own, working to pay her way through University with scholarships and crap jobs.
