Character Personality: He is quiet and watches people quite often, when he speaks it is usually very quiet and his voice sounds raspy and strained.
Character Biography: Years ago he/she/it awoke in the New York City underground, unaware of what they were. In time they remembered their powers and used them to make a name for themselves as a merchant, transporter, or more commonly referred to as the ferryman.
