What use is this approval to the character’s story? The character is rather shy and hates people. A power would give her reason to interact with other people, trying to get it explained, trying to find others like her, etc.
What will you do to not abuse this approval? Up to the staff (I dig flaws)

Reasons for Approval: More for the character's personality and story. I will roleplay a meek as fuck level 5, or a cocky as fuck 1 if it fits with the story and power level. It just gives more dimensions.

Item Origin: Stealing is such a harsh word. I relieved its parts of their duties and limitations, then put them together to make something better.
Item Description: A computer, three screens one for messaging and surfing, one for the game, one for streaming, VR capability, a customized cooling system and spray painted shell. It's painted to look irradiated.
Reasons for Approval: It's basically the only pre-planned thing I got for the character.
What use is this approval to the character’s story? She is a gamer at her core, most of who she talks to are her online friends.
What will you do to not abuse this approval? I promise not to turn it off everytime I stop using it, and to not look at pron on it and get a ton of viruses.
Item Name: PGM Ultima Ratio (also all permits and licenses to go with it)
Item Origin: I was gifted it by my pops in his hopes to convince me to join the military life. It did not work.
Item Description: Length - 138 cm, 114 cm with stock removed
Barrel Length - 700mm
Weight - 13.8 kg with no sight (14.4 kg loaded)
Caliber - .50 BMG
Ammunition - 12.7x99mm NATO

What will you do to not abuse this approval? She faints at the sight of blood, shooting someone with a sniper rifle is super illegal, it's really hard to carry around inconspicuously, the list goes on.
