Years after Magneto and Charles Xavier, years after the Brotherhood and X-men, the world changed. No one knows exactly when or why it happened, in fact no one remembers it happening at all. No one remembers the mutants or the heroes. No one remembers the villains either. No one remembers powers or mutations at all, or that they ever existed, or that they ever could have existed. There were no stories of the Avengers, or SHIELD, or Fantastic Four. That does not mean the powers stopped existing though. There is just no longer an explanation, all of the scientific paperwork on the mutant gene disappeared. Now, people wander around as if mutants were never a part of their everyday life, powers that are untrained go unchecked, and there are no heroes to stop the violence of cities. Where are our heroes?
