Psionic Knowledge Allocation and Temporal Memory Infringement.
The Archive is able to effectively have downloaded into his mind any knowledge that has ever been written down. Paper, Blood, Ink, Papyrus, etc. Reaching back to the beginning, as long as it is written in plain view, he gets it downloaded to his mind. His power is effectively a beacon, some outside force sends the information to the beacon. He doesn't understand that this is what happens, nor does he remember all of it. Due to the vast amounts of knowledge in the world his mind has been altered to encompass the sizes, so not all information can be accessed at once, he must focus and unseal the closed parts of his mind where latent information has been stored. He can never truly forget anything but it may take him days to recall something he knows from his mind based on when he learned it. He cannot know or gain knowledge of anything digitally written, as it has no physical place in the universe until it becomes physical (like printing a page). He has no control over when/where/what he learns as it is a constant feed, like a buzzing in his ears he learned to drown out.
Reasons for Approval: Plot Development Character - Meant to enhance Storyline as well as create facilitator for Rpers in the universe. Character doesn't have control or an on off switch of power, cannot know specific things without meditating, or focusing to unlock those parts of his mind, and only effects him. Makes him a target, makes him dangerous in the right circumstances.
What use is this approval to the character’s story? Plot Development Character - Meant to enhance Storyline as well as create facilitator for Rpers in the universe.
What will you do to not abuse this approval? It is not a power that can be easily abused nor is it one that can harm or hurt a person. It can drive storyline, player plot, and personal plot as well as help player growth. As stated it cannot be used on non-physical methods, is always on, and not entirely useful.
